Media ACES is the association for corporations & European social media. Media-ACES is a peer to peer network of corporate social media experts / evangelists based in Europe.
Our aim is to:
- Be recognised as the community (club) of European corporations(*) of all sizes involved in all kinds of social media initiatives, including corporate blogs and the use of social networks
- Enable European social media experts to meet with their peers from all other European corporations, in their own country and across borders
- Become the reference for social media in Europe as to best practices and methods, via the publication of a reference guide book for European professionals interested in leveraging social media (online & offline)

Who is behind Media-Aces
Media-Aces is the association of several seasoned professionals who are key in the development of social media in the enterprise world in Europe. Behind Media Aces are 2 social media experts who decided to created this non profit organisation in order to foster the development of social media in Europe.
Hervé Kabla founded blogAngels in the beginning of 2008, a company whose mission is to assist French companies with their "Corporate Blogging" strategies. Hervé is a founding member of media-aces.
Yann Gourvennec is head of Internet and digital media at Orange Business Services. He is in charge of the international operator’s websites and blogs. and has been in marketing and innovation for over 20 years. he is a founding member of media-aces. He is also are regular contributor on bnet in the UK, JDNet and Silicon in France. He has been working in and around the Web since 1995 in the UK, the US, Ireland, France, the Middle East and China. He pioneered electronic commerce on behalf of Orange as of 1999.
